Joyoti has successfully launched and run franchisee-based consulting businesses and a global HR consulting venture. She has a global footprint with experience in India, and the US and engagements in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Joyoti has worked with Eicher Consultancy, BOC India Ltd (now Linde pc). Hutchison Telecom (now Vodafone Idea) and ICICI Group i.e. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Ventures. As co-owner and Partner at Great Place to Work (GPTW) in India, she led the consulting arm of the business with P&L responsibility. She co-founded a technology company (Great Place IT Services) to support the business in India and affiliates across countries in Europe. Latin America and Asia.
While based in Los Angeles, USA she served as the Global Project Head at Great Culture to Innovate, a global start-up venture focused on assessing innovation culture in organizations, with a presence in Europe and Latin America.
