Aman is a Partner with the firm and has over 23 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, operations, and HR with organizations such as Zee Learn, Vodafone, MNYL, Aegon Religare Life Insurance, etc.

He has extensive experience leading corporate functional roles in sales, business development, management of branch offices, regions entire business units, etc. across industry leaders in retail finance, life insurance, telecom, and education sectors.

He has served as the Head of HR at Zee Learn, where he spearheaded organisation-wide restructuring along with the then-newly appointed CEO to remove redundancies, resulting in improved performance efficiencies and enhanced coordination. He is a Post Graduate in Finance from BK School of Business Management.

In his role at SDF, Aman has successfully delivered workshops on Managerial Capability Development and Customer Service Excellence across BFSI and healthcare industries.
