Anushka Sarraf is an Engagement Lead at Salto Dee Fe. She previously interned at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO, where she contributed to projects related to workplace behavior and emerging technologies. During her internship, she was involved in research design, data collection and analysis, report preparation, workshop development, and the creation of psychology-based resources.

Anushka holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delhi. As part of her academic training, she completed a dissertation on “Organisational Social Support, Informal Conversation, and Workplace Creativity”, which involved survey-based research and statistical analysis using SPSS.

Her core skills include psychometric assessment, qualitative and quantitative research, research design, data analysis, report writing, and workshop development. With a strong interest in organizational culture, organizational change, leadership development, and team dynamics, Anushka aims to contribute to evidence-based and people-centered initiatives within the organization.
