Arindam is a Partner at Salto Dee Fe and brings over 30 years of experience in corporate and consulting across multiple sectors, including electronics, insurance, and steel. He has worked extensively across Talent Assessment and Development, Sales Effectiveness, and Change Management. Before joining Salto Dee Fe, he worked with organisations such as Samsung Electronics, Jindal Steel, Right Management, and Max Life Insurance.

Arindam has led consulting assignments in Leadership Assessment and Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Sales Productivity, Talent Development, Mindset Shifts, and Change Management. He has designed and delivered interventions both as a practitioner and consultant and has facilitated workshops for mid to senior management across industries.

He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (PGD-HRD) from Symbiosis.
