Bio

Ashwin is a Senior Partner at Salto Dee Fe with over three decades of leadership experience, primarily in Financial Services, across Operations and Customer Services.

A proven change leader, he has spearheaded multiple business transformation and process re-engineering initiatives. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to translate strategy into execution, leading transformation and business excellence programs such as Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, competitive benchmarking, and project management practices.

Ashwin has also designed and deployed customer engagement models to drive satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. His expertise includes developing customer retention and cross-sell programs to maximize revenue, as well as implementing robust operating policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. These include self-assessment scorecards, internal control policies, branch governance systems, and rhythm calendars.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with organizations such as Shriram Refrigeration, Crompton Greaves, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Max New York Life, MasterCard, MetLife, NDTV, and Exide Life Insurance.

Ashwin is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee and holds a Master’s in Management Studies (Marketing/Finance) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
