Gauri Yadav has joined the organization as a Management Trainee, bringing relevant experience in recruitment, organizational coordination, and applied research. She has previously interned at MaxXchange, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes, vendor coordination, and internal communication design.

Gauri holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delhi. As part of her academic training, she completed a dissertation on “Decision Making, Impulsivity and Biases in Traders/Investors”, which involved survey-based research and statistical analysis using SPSS.

Her core skills include psychometric assessment, qualitative and quantitative research, report writing, and data analysis. With a strong interest in organizational development, talent management, and evidence-based HR practices, Gauri aims to contribute meaningfully to strategic and people-centered initiatives within the organization.
