Niharika Sethi is currently working as a Management Trainee with the firm.

She is a postgraduate in Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology from the University of Delhi, North Campus, and also holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS (Distance Learning).

Niharika has one year of work experience as a Training Coordinator with the National Institute for Professional Training and Development, where she contributed to government training programs. She has successfully conducted training projects on stress management, work-life balance, RTI, vigilance & decision-making at various departments. She has also worked as an HR Intern with National Fertilizers Ltd., gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment, training evaluation, and organizational development practices.

Throughout her academic journey, she has been actively involved in leadership roles serving as  Editor of her school council, Joint Secretary during her Bachelors, and as the Treasurer during her Master's program. She was also part of societies such as Ritva and E-cell, where she honed her teamwork and organizational skills.

Her experiences reflect strong responsibility, adaptability, and a passion for workplace psychology and people development.
