Bio
Rahul is a Lead Facilitator with the firm and brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development, culture transformation, and organisation design across APAC, India, and EMEA. He has played diverse leadership roles across industries including Services, Manufacturing, Start-ups, Consulting, and both Global and Indian enterprises.
In the past, he has been the CEO of a start-up and has also served as CHRO of PI Industries, CHRO of AVTEC Automotive (CK Birla), and CHRO of CK Birla Healthcare for Women. He has led end-to-end HR transformation at Air India, driving organisational restructuring, manpower planning, and embedding a performance-driven culture post-privatisation.
Over his career, Rahul has worked with more than 400 CXOs, partnering with promoters and CEOs to build leadership teams. He has assessed over 3,000 leaders and coached for more than 700 hours across CXOs, CXO-1s, and top talents. He has also assessed and developed over 1,500 leaders using globally validated tools such as Hogan, Bioss, PDI, and DDI, delivering strategic insights to strengthen leadership pipelines. Rahul is known for his ability to challenge leaders, help them see blind spots, and build trusted relationships that enable performance and growth. His experience spans organisations such as Air India, Google, IDBI Bank, CK Birla Group, Nokia, and Schneider Electric.
He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
