Samika Sharma Nepal is an Engagement Lead at Salto Dee Fe. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DIT University.

Samika has a strong interest in talent and organizational development. Her background includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, and using psychometric tools to understand workplace behavior. She also completed a Summer Internship at Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, where she supported daily HR activities and gained practical experience in talent management.

She is passionate about using psychology to build better workplaces and help people grow in their careers.
