Tanisha Goyal is an Engagement Lead at Salto Dee Fe. She has a background in Organisational Psychology and a strong interest in human resource capabilities, organizational development, and employee well-being.

She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi. As part of her postgraduate research, she conducted an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) study exploring the lived experiences of professorship. She also has clinical experience through her training in guidance and counselling.

At Salto Dee Fe, Tanisha supports client engagements through research, proposal development, client coordination, psychometric assessments, and project execution. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator Intern at Wiserstack, where she contributed to recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and people operations, gaining practical exposure to talent management and organizational processes.

Her interests lie in organizational development, leadership capability building, evidence-based HR practices, and workplace well-being, with a focus on applying psychology to solve organizational and people-related challenges.
